Absolutely horrible. Everything from signing paperwork that I had to resign 2x because it was done improperly to waiting to leave while the lady who does the paperwork would stop texting on her phone. My plate is expired and I still do not have the proper paperwork to get the car titled in Michigan. Of course the manager who was addressing any of the problems with the car which was a condition of me signing is no longer there. So I own a vehicle that I have already been making payments on that cannot be legally driven and has mechanical problems that were written down to be taken care of. Would never ever recommend this place unless you want extra stress and costs.
