I called critter control and they responded and came right out. I paid the $199.00 expecting to rid myself of the raccoon. What was not told to me is that there is a end to the service even though they do Not catch the critter. I recommend that you purchase your own cage and bate it to catch the critter yourself. Use sardines and or peanut butter. If you don't catch anything you are out of a fraction of the cost. I was told the coon is cage shy. The cage was pulled from my roof (nail hole in roof) and I was left in the same position I was in prior to them coming minus $199.00! They did offer to cover the entry points to the tune of an additional $300.00! My opinion is to try it yourself 1st!
