Jimmy John's at 6801 Central Avenue, Toledo, Ohio.

I always order from Jimmy John's and until today, I've never had a problem, however they really let me down today. I placed my order from work at around 11:30 and normally they're dropping it off within 15 minutes. Today was an entirely different story. When my food hadn't arrived by 12:30, I became concerned, so I called and got the GM. His excuse was that they were understaffed and had over 7 orders come in within the last hour and apologized, but assured me my food would be there momentarily. 1 o'clock rolls around and I have nothing, it has been an hour and a half since I ordered. I call back and complain. I'm at work, on my lunch break that is coming to a close, and I have no food. I demanded a refund. I understand being short staffed, I myself am short staffed at my own job, but it's called organization and pre-planning for such events. Waiting an hour and a half for cold food is ridiculous and unacceptable. I was able to retain a refund, and when my food arrived another 20 minutes later, they give me my warm sandwich and the coke I ordered, however it came in a Club Chill Large size gas station cup. The drivers excuse was that they ran out of coke... I will not be returning, I've never experienced this before and I am completely dumbfounded. This is not good customer service.
