I’ve gone to every type of gym you can think of, kickboxing, huge chains, cycling, everything. And this by far is my favorite. All of the instructors are wonderful but Chris is my personal favorite. He’s very intense, but he always makes sure you’re doing the workout CORRECTLY, and pushes you to go harder. Yes it’s tough, but ensuring you’re doing the workout correct ensures you don’t hurt yourself, major key!! Haha LOVE LB’s!!!!!!
