I'm so happy I called Myers to service my gas fireplace. My pilot light kept going out and it turns out the home builder installed the fireplace incorrectly. John was very professional and he went above and beyond what I expected. He fixed my fireplace in 40 minutes. He even cleaned the glass and vacuumed the dust from under the fireplace. (A chore I had been avoiding) Now that it's installed properly, my fireplace looks and operates so much better than before.
