Vito's Pizza and Subs at 315 South Detroit Avenue, Toledo, Ohio.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a small pizza and cheesy bread and after waiting an hour it finally arrived. I wasn't bothered at this point until they gave me the complete wrong order. I asked to just get it fixed, mistakes happen I understand. They said they woukd send a new order out. Then another hour goes by with nothing until I call and they said they couldn't reach me. (No phone call, no door bell) I asked to refund my money the lady said "mhm" and hung up. Still no refund and now they "couldn't find the order." He told me I need to dispute it with my credit card. WORST customer service.
